Our focus is on offering employment, transportation, business attire, personal support, housing, and more to youth and young adults in need. Through hosting events and competitions, we aim to showcase individual talents without discrimination based on race, religion,
age, gender, or ethnicity.

LARIETHA STRONG
Founder
The founder of SECOND PATH INCORPORATED, Larietha Strong, brings over ten years of experience to the organization. Her journey began at Walmart and eventually led her to establish this impactful venture. The inspiration behind the organization dates back to 2014 when her younger brother and his friend were wrongfully imprisoned. Through her efforts in gathering evidence and presenting it to law enforcement, she was able to secure their release after a month behind bars.
Driven by a desire to make a difference in underprivileged communities, Larietha founded SECOND PATH INCORPORATED with a focus on providing practical solutions to support the development of young men. Starting as a supervisor at Walmart in 2010, she extended a helping hand to those in need of employment opportunities. Over time, she transitioned to becoming an independent contractor, further expanding her reach and impact within her circle of friends and acquaintances.
Through her work, Larietha discovered a sense of purpose in serving others and recognized the importance of offering diverse options to individuals in order to address issues like crime and poverty. Her dedication to creating accessible pathways to success underscores her commitment to uplifting humanity and fostering positive change in society.
